1. Who We Are

Sarvo is a Saudi platform that connects customers with verified home-service companies through specialized sites. The legal operator is Aspire Tech Establishment, CR 7050694145.

In this policy, "platform", "we", or "us" means Aspire Tech Establishment, Sarvo, and related service sites. "You" means a site visitor, customer, provider, or business representative.

2. Data We Collect

  • Contact details such as name, mobile number, email, city, and district.
  • Service request details, photos or videos you send, preferred visit times, and messages through WhatsApp or site forms.
  • Provider verification data, such as establishment name, commercial registration, tax number where applicable, service areas, references, and uploaded documents.
  • Operational request data, such as request status, routed provider, acceptance or rejection, ratings, quality notes, and job value where needed to verify completion and settle with the provider.
  • Limited technical and analytics data, such as IP address, device and browser type, visited pages, campaign source, and ad measurement identifiers when you arrive from an ad.

3. How We Use Data

  • To receive, organize, and route service requests to a suitable provider.
  • To contact you through WhatsApp, phone, or email about your request, provider verification, or inquiry.
  • To verify providers, manage provider relationships, and monitor experience quality.
  • To follow up on customer satisfaction, handle complaints, prevent misuse, and keep operational request records.
  • To measure site and campaign performance and improve user experience and service content.
  • To comply with legal and accounting obligations and protect the rights of the platform, users, or providers.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only as needed to operate the service or comply with legal requirements.

  • With the nominated or accepted provider, including contact details, request details, and necessary photos.
  • With technology service providers that support hosting, storage, email, WhatsApp, analytics, error monitoring, and file handling.
  • With legal, regulatory, judicial, or advisory parties when required by law, claim, or dispute.
  • With businesses requesting services for their staff or properties, only as needed to manage the agreed request.

5. Cookies, Analytics, and Ads

We may use cookies and measurement tools to understand site usage and campaign performance. These tools may include ad identifiers such as gclid when you arrive from a paid ad.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect measurement or some site functions, but it does not prevent you from contacting us through available channels.

6. Retention and Security

We keep data for as long as needed to operate requests, provider verification, accounting, dispute handling, and service improvement, then delete or anonymize it when there is no longer a legal or operational need.

The platform generally keeps request and commercial relationship records during the relationship and for the period needed afterwards for accounting, legal, or rights-protection purposes. Incomplete or unclaimed verification files may be removed through periodic cleanup.

We use access controls, short-lived signed document links, and reasonable technical practices to reduce unauthorized access. No electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure.

7. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, updating of, deletion of, or restriction of use of your personal data where legally and operationally available.

  • We may ask for information to verify your identity before handling a request.
  • We may keep some data if retention is legally required, necessary to evidence a transaction, or needed to handle a dispute or claim.
  • You can submit privacy requests through the site contact page.

8. Data Outside Saudi Arabia

Some hosting, analytics, or messaging services may rely on providers operating outside Saudi Arabia. When this happens, we use them for a defined operational purpose and apply appropriate contractual and technical safeguards where available.

9. Children

The services are intended for adults and representatives of households or businesses. We do not knowingly target children’s data. If we receive a child’s data without an operational need, we will delete it when appropriate after becoming aware of it.

10. Policy Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. The last updated date appears above. Continued use of the site or related channels after publication means acceptance of the updated policy to the extent permitted by law.

11. Contact

For privacy or personal-data requests, use the site contact page and we will review the request through the appropriate channels.
